NOMCon 2024 Code of Conduct

At NOMCon 2024, we are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all attendees, vendors, and staff. To ensure that everyone has a positive and enjoyable experience, we ask that all participants abide by the following Code of Conduct:

1. Respect Others

Treat everyone with kindness, patience, and respect. Discriminatory behavior, derogatory comments, or harassment of any kind based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other characteristic protected by law will not be tolerated. We encourage open-mindedness and a spirit of inclusion.

2. Be Mindful of Your Behavior

Your actions can affect others, so please be mindful of your behavior. Avoid any disruptive actions that could interfere with other attendees’ enjoyment of the event. This includes refraining from excessive noise, aggressive behavior, or public intoxication.

3. Follow Event Rules and Regulations

Adhere to all guidelines and policies set forth by the event organizers. Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the event.

4. Report Any Incidents

If you experience or witness any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it immediately to a staff member or security personnel. Your report will be kept confidential, and appropriate action will be taken to address the issue.

By attending NOMCon 2024, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct. We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including expulsion from the event without refund, if any individual violates this Code of Conduct.
